This is a very simple banana and eggs pancake recipe for some bananas that are very healthy, the banana end egg pancakes are gluten free, flour free and high in protein.
The pancakes made with only bananas and eggs, are not as fluffy as regular pancakes, but they are tasty, healthy and you can give them to the children as often as they want them.

Healthy pancakes with only bananas and eggs

Ingredients
- 1 piece banana ripe
- 1 piece egg
Instructions
- Peel a ripe banana and cut it into medium size pieces
- Put the banana and 1 egg in a bowl or in the blender, and blend them for 20-30 seconds
- Heat the griddle or a skillet, coat with butter or spray with oil, and pour 2-3 tbsp of pancake mix for each pancake
- Fry each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side, and flip with care when the sides of the pancake can be easily lifted
Notes
You can add some cinnamon powder for flavour, or a bit of baking powder to the pancake mixture, I didn’t add any of those and the pancakes are as they ar shown in the images.
