You can cook banana pancakes for breakfast and serve them to all the family, including children, as they don’t have a large quantity of sugar added, and given the sweetness of the bananas, you can skip the sugar all together if you want to.
How to make banana pancakes
1. Mix the flour and baking soda in a bowl.
2. In another large bowl add the rest of the ingredients, and mix them well with a vertical mixer – you can also mix them in a blender if you want to.
3. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture, and mix until smooth.
4. Heat a lightly buttered/oiled frying pan (or a griddle), and add approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Fry and flip the pancakes on both sides until they are brown.
Serve the banana pancakes simple or with chocolate syrup or chocolate spread.
